Registered Nurse(RGN/RMN)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

One of our Clients in Cardiff is looking for a Registered Nurse for their purpose-built 100-bedroom care home in Pentwyn CF23 on the outskirts of Cardiff, providing residential care, nursing care and dementia care. The home is a purpose-built 100-bed nursing home.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Clinical Care Manager with responsibility for clinical care in the home to ensure continuous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident’s care.
• Lead the clinical team to ensure they are aligned with the Care home vision and are operating from the Care group Charter.
• Assist with ensuring care plans are regularly audited and that they are appropriate to the residents needs and reflect the care being delivered.
• Ensure medication is ordered, administered and stored in line with company policies and procedures and the NMC guidelines.
• Develop and promote good communication with residents, relatives and team members.

Requirements:

• Qualified RN/RGN/RMN.
• Experienced in delivering high quality, relationship centered care.
• Knowledgeable in dementia care.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £18.00-£18.50 per hour

Experience:

• Registered Nurse: 1 year (preferred)
