Sytner Luton is looking for a Multi-site HR Manager.

Your role

We have a rare development opportunity for a proven HR Advisor or HR Generalist to elevate their career with one of the world’s most well-known and reputable brands.

We are looking for an individual to join our successful HR team and look after three of our newest locations: Luton, Stevenage and Tring.

This is an exciting opportunity to really take ownership of the HR activities across three locations and have a real involvement in all people aspects of our operation.

You will provide dedicated local HR support as we continue to embed new people processes and ways of working.

Your profile

Whilst this position does require a strong level of experience in the transactional side of HR, the individual we are looking for will have the passion and drive to get out on-site and build strong, long lasting relationships at all levels across our business.

We’re looking for someone with a commercial eye who is happy with the travel aspect of this role and can really drive forward our Diversity and Inclusion plans for 2023, as well as coaching our leaders on how to ensure we continue to be a leading business to work for in all areas.

Reporting into the Head of Business, you will have support from our dealership management teams and our wider divisional HR team to ensure you have the right tools to succeed in this role.
