Role Overview & Responsibilities

A Electrical Supervisor is required, Our client a large electrical fit out contractor based in London are currently looking for a Electrical Supervisor who would like to take a step into project management. The ideal candidate will be a Electrical Supervisor who has 3/5 years experience supervising and would like to take a step up into project management. The main scope of works is high spec office fit out throughout London.

The Electrical Supervisor will have good knowledge of electrical installations in the commercial environment but this not essential.

We are looking for attitude over experience and looking for someone who is hungry, driven and would like to join a company that offer progression and training.

A history of working on electrical projects from start to completion would be beneficial.

Duties will include

• Overseeing the electrical package
• Willing to learn and be developed
• Running / assistant on projects from start to completion/ CAT A B Office Fit Outs
• Managing/ supervising sub contractors
• Adhering to Health & Safety procedures
• Coordinating effectively with trades
• Site meetings
• Dealing with the client
• Create Hanover packs
• Organising works on day to day basis
• Making sure services are delivered to a high standard and line with the programme
• Running projects within the budget
• QA
• DABS Meetings
• Learning about procurement and Pricing
• Weekly progress reports
• Weekly site audit reports/ site surveys
• Learning to use site computer systems
• Tool box talks
• Working with the commissioning team

For the trainee electrical project manager position the client are offering a salary of £50,000 - £60,000 + package including travel, annual bonus scheme and pension
