Cleaning Manager – Wholesale Food Market (Southall, London)

The Cleaning Manager is a ‘hands on role’, responsible for monitoring all the activities and operations of the cleaning operatives, market orderlies & waste management teams across the a busy west london wholesale food market. The Cleaning Supervisor will create cleaning schedules and assign employees to fulfill these tasks in a competent manner, making sure that all cleaning duties are carried out by the cleaning team according to standards set by the Company and On Site FM team. The Cleaning Manager must be willing to work with the teams as you are expected to personally undertake when required including cleaning duties, cover cleaning tasks for ad-hoc reactive requests periodical deep cleans and cover for absences across the team.

Experience/Qualifications/Skills….

• Have previous supervisory experience
• Previous cleaning & waste management experience is essential
• Proven experience within industrial service environment
• Attention to detail
• Computer skills to be able to use email and reporting tools
• Experience with working within facilities management (desirable)
• Health and Safety experience (minimum of basic knowledge as training will be provided)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £40,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
