Role Overview & Responsibilities

Barbour Partner Store Shrewsbury has an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Retail Assistant to join the team, working on average 16 hours per week.

KeyDuties and Responsibilities:

• You will work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional positive customer experience.
• Help to maximise sales and achieve Store Sales targets.
• Become an ambassador off Barbour to ensure you are able to effectively help customers and achieve and create the ultimate customer experience.
• Handle customer queries confidently, escalating where required in a calm efficient manner.
• Undertake all training and development as required and actively seek out new product information.
• Play an active role in supporting the Management Team with store standards, including ensuring products are displayed attractively within visual merchandising guidelines.
• Work under pressure during busy periods, with flexibility and adaptability.
• Be aware of loss prevention and security procedures following the appropriate escalation and incident reporting when required.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £5.28-£10.42 per hour
