The UK business is headquartered in London, with over 900 specialists throughout 16 offices across the UK and Ireland.

The Colliers EMEA Technology Solutions team support the EMEA estate which consists of 4,000 users across 18 countries. The purpose of this role is to provide shared support to the administrative function and the IT Compliance function.


Job Description


Compliance

  • Record Client questionnaires and prepare actions for Regional IT Compliance Officer
  • Ownership of ServiceNow group – Service Requests relating to Compliance queries from the business
  • Assisting with GDPR Questionnaires and ensuring system is kept up to date
  • Update of IT Policies
  • Ownership of the Compliance mailbox, review, and file emails
  • Assisting with updating posts on Teams
  • Assisting with audits including ISO and SOX
  • Other ad-hoc tasks to support the Regional IT Compliance Officer

ADministration

  • Supporting Starter / Leaver process for equipment assignment
  • Assisting in Invoice Approval Process
    • Creating monthly / quarterly breakdowns
    • Coding of invoices
  • First contact of ServiceNow group – Service Requests relating to purchasing requests from the business
  • Assisting in the Procurement Process
    • Raising Purchase Orders
    • Matching of delivery notes against deliveries
  • Distribution of reports (by email)

Other ad-hoc tasks to support the Administration Function


Qualifications
  • Proficient Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Organised and self-motivated
  • Good time management skills
  • Good written and oral communications skills
  • Accustomed to working to tight timescales and multi-tasking
  • Experience as a Team Administration or within IT Compliance beneficial but not essential
