We are seeking a new Executive Director of Adult Social Care & Health who will play a key role within our collegiate senior leadership team, working closely with Members, stakeholders and partners both internally and externally. You will build on our success of delivering excellent integrated services, enabling people to lead independent and fulfilling lives, and supporting those that are most vulnerable. We have a strategic vision for adult social care and health services in the county based upon collaboration and partnership working. Our culture of high-performance enables us to achieve and deliver on the priorities set by our political leadership.

We are looking for someone with excellent people leadership skills, who will inspire others on our journey of transformation and improvement. We have strong relationships with our NHS colleagues that you will develop further, and be able to support and guide our Elected Members in making decisions about the future shape of services. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is passionate about our county and districts, and who is committed to achieving better outcomes for our residents.
