Foxglove have been providing high quality care since 2003. We pride ourselves on providing person centred support to adults with learning disabilities and autism. Within Foxglove we currently have 18 homes, about to open our 19th, with no more than 3 individuals living in a service. If you have never worked in care before our team will ensure that you have all the necessary skills to support the individuals.

Skills
Be able to use and work on their own initiative and take on extra responsibilities such as health and safety, training plan, organising activities.

• Excellent time keeping skills
• Ability to formulate effective working relationships with outside agencies and families
• To be able to confidently express the company values and wishes during internal and external meetings
• Be able to plan effectively
• Have good listening skills
• Excellent communication skills

COVID-19 considerations:
We also expect that employees carry out lateral flow tests twice a week before entering the service.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kingston upon Hull: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
