Head of Operations (Residential Services)

Green Harvest CC Ltd are seeking a Head of Operations to join to lead our residential children’s homes, semi-independent living accommodations and Residential Family Centre. This is a key role within the Green Harvest Senior Leadership Team.

You must be an experienced leader with evidence of strategic leadership in a multi-site organisation, preferably within Children’s Services. It is important that you can evidence your strong track record of working with a diverse range of stakeholders to implement processes to achieve efficient service, commercial growth and financial sustainability.

You must have a strong drive to provide high quality services for children, young people and families. An ability to ensure the highest possible standards of care, quality, compliance and professionalism are embedded throughout Green Harvest CC Ltd.

The post-holder will have overall management responsibility for residential children’s homes, semi-independent accommodations, residential family centre and independent fostering agency operated within Green Harvest CC Ltd. This will include Ofsted registered Responsible Individual for designated services and act on behalf of the organisation to ensure that they meet relevant requirements set out in legislation.

The post holder will ensure the highest possible standards of care, quality, compliance and professionalism are embedded throughout the operation. They will be able to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously. They must be collaborative, with the ability to build strong and sustainable relationships at all levels of Green Harvest CC Ltd.

The post holder will be instrumental to the Leadership Team and will play a key lead role in the expansion of Green Harvest CC Ltd by doubling the turnover within the next 3 years which includes the adventure into fostering and educational services.

The successful candidate will report to the Board of Directors and must be comfortable in the role of the company figurehead and leader, promoting aspirations, goals and achievements to all employees and key stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £65,000.00-£85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
