Junior Supply Chain Co-ordinator

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Helix Robotics Solutions Ltd currently has a vacancy for a Junior Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join our Team at Helix House, Dyce. This is a permanent position and creates an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to start a career in Supply Chain.

This role is based in a warehouse environment. The main duties of this position include:

• · Sourcing and Procuring goods/services for system requirements
• · Raising material requisitions
• · Inspecting and receipting deliveries using the electronic purchasing system
• · Packing deliveries and completing manifests for items to be dispatched
• · Ensuring all goods are stored correctly
• · Manual handling and forklift usage
• · Filing and archiving documents

Experience/Skills required:

• · Educated to National 5 Level (or equivalent)
• · Good IT skills and experience of using MS Excel, MS Word & MS Outlook
• · Excellent interpersonal, numerical and organisational skills.
