Warehouse Operative

An exciting opportunity to join our growing warehouse team based at our warehouse in Corby, Northamptonshire. The role will be varied with the primary daily tasks as follows:

• Pick customer orders using handheld barcode scanners.
• Packing customer orders, palletising and prepare for loading to external carriers.
• Unpacking and replenishing deliveries into stock locations.
• Using the warehouse management system to move stock and optimise fast moving product lines.

Ideal candidate

• The candidate will require good numeracy and literacy skills.
• An excellent attention to detail is critical.
• You must be reliable and able to work on own initiative.
• Previous stock control responsibility.

Desirable

• Reach truck certification is not necessary but would be advantageous.

All applicants applying for this vacancy must be available long term and have a steady work history. Previous Warehouse Picking/Packing experience would be an advantage. This role offers a guaranteed 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. The hours of work are between 11am and 7pm.
