Role Overview & Responsibilities

FM and property management company who operating in the corporate, healthcare, education, retail & leisure and local authority & central government sectors.

An opportunity has arisen for a London Area Manager to manage the outsourced service delivery for a recently extended (3 years) corporate FM contract.

Working across a portfolio of c30 commercial properties in London, you will manage the outsourced FM service delivery.
Your team numbers 10 and includes site based and portfolio Facilities Managers.
Stakeholder and sub-contractor engagement is key to ensure the client and the your portfolio receiving a first class service.
Naturally, energy savings and efficiencies are paramount and so you will work with the Energy Manager to manage and oversee any projects within your portfolio.

Person:
You will have extensive experience of managing commercial clients and service delivery within the Facilities Management arena, be a strong communicator and have high attention to detail.

Salary:
c£65k + £5k car allowance + 6% pension + 25 days holiday + bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £65,000.00-£66,000.00 per year
