Operational Service Administrative Assistant: Virtual Wards

37.5 hours per week - Monday and Friday

The Operational Service Assistant will provide comprehensive, quality, confidential administrative support to the Virtual Ward including managing calls, referrals, supporting the clinical staff and other services within the Virtual Ward, including Oximetry at Home and Remote Monitoring . They will be expected to organise their own workload whilst being supported by the Virtual Ward Team Leader, ensuring that an efficient service is provided to the population of the CCICP's Virtual Ward. It is essential that the post holder is able to exercise initiative suitable to the role, and is fully supportive of other colleagues within the team.
