Agency Health Care Assistant - Days & Nights

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our organisation is seeking a Agency Healthcare Assistant with knowledge and experience in health and social care settings . You'll have an opportunity to contribute to patient care, including assisting with personal care, nutrition and hydration, maintaining good skin integrity, mobility and all Activities of daily living skills. The ideal candidate for this position will be warm and compassionate, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be highly motivated to provide high-quality patient care. You will be supporting clients in Nursing home, care home or Hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with Activities of daily living skills.
• Follow a prescribed route to provide basic healthcare services to patients.
• Communicate with patients and managers.
• Communicate with other healthcare workers.
