SUBARU OF NORTH BAY is hiring a FIXED OPERATIONS MANAGER!

Subaru of North Bay, operated by the Palladino Auto Group, is hiring a Fixed Operations Manager to lead the Service Department.

What can I expect?

A Fixed Operations Manager joining our team will be fully trained and mentored on all of the systems, processes and software they will be using. An understanding of the interactive requirements and dynamics within the dealership to understand how they all work together, will be provided and reinforced. Fixed Operation Managers lead the day to day operations of the Service and Parts department by training, motivating and monitoring employees. Thorough training and product knowledge will be provided specific to the brand represented by the dealership. Fixed Operations Managers are the lead for customer relations for the Service Department.

What do I need?

• 
  Secondary School Diploma.
• Post secondary diploma is preferred.
• Experience in the automotive service industry is considered as an asset.
