Apprentice Electrician

Role Overview & Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join our team of qualified, experienced and professional electricians. You will be learning on the job and also attend Eastleigh College weekly on a day release basis. You will be working on both domestic and commercial installations to give you a broad understanding of the trade.

Specific duties are flexible and will change to meet the needs of the organisation but will include or be equivalent to:

• Working with experienced electricians on construction sites

• Assist in setting out installation works, as directed by supervisor
• Assist in carrying out installation wiring and fitting of installation equipment as instructed by supervisor
• Receive on site training and be involved in a variety of electrical installation works, being supervised at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Salary: £5.50 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving License (required)
