An exciting new opportunity to join our Talent Development Team as a Talent & Learning Development Coordinator.


Role Overview :

This is a permanent role within the Talent Development team offering top quality support, administration and coordination before, during and after training programmes offered to our colleagues across Savills UK, Europe and The Middle East.


Team Overview :


The Talent Development team is committed to providing the highest quality and most relevant training for c. 9,000 people across all levels in 18 divisions. Savills has a strong learning culture and we recognise that developing, motivating and inspiring our people is a critical part of offering the best service to our clients.

Our core programmes include Management & Leadership, Communications, Business Development, Professional Qualifications and Systems & Software. The team is supported by our Learning Management System which contains a vast library of digital resources plus all the information our people need to plan their personal development and career at Savills.

Role responsibilities :

Working efficiently, proactively and collaboratively with the Talent Development Team on (but not limited to) the following:

  • Event management: Scheduling the event on the ; Liaising with facilitators; Booking in speakers, venues, and catering; Posting course content and review
  • Delegate management: Acting as a point of contact and assigning learning content to delegates attending the programmes
  • Learning Management System support: Managing learning plans and content; Uploading recorded workshops; Reviewing content; Updating attendance records and pathway groups; Managing notifications
