Social Media Marketing Executive

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We have an exciting new opportunity at The Dental Centre Belfast for a full-time Social Media Marketing Executive. We are an independently owned private cosmetic dental practice specialising in smile makeovers with composite bonding, Invisalign and veneers. In this role, you will enhance awareness of our brand and the services we offer to our target audiences.

About the role

As Marketing Executive, it will be your primary objective to ensure that all our marketing channels are constantly updated with innovative, current material.

This is a Full-time position, Monday-Thursday 9.30am-6pm and Fridays 9.30am-2pm

This is a key role for the practice, and will involve:

• Monitoring, generating content for, and updating/expanding our social media channels - mainly Instagram, where we currently have 33k followers and TikTok
• Monitoring, generating content for, and updating website
• Providing monthly reports about website activity (SEO, Adwords and conversions)
• Reporting on the lead pipeline for the practice, including lead sources, conversions, ROI and opportunities to optimise where appropriate
• Providing monthly reports on social media activity
• Working alongside clinical colleagues and Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to gather video and patient testimonials /stories and upload them on our channels, we have a talented videographer we work with on a monthly basis
• Monitoring Facebook and Google reviews

1-2 years experience running successful business social media channels required. Previous dental experience not required
