We are currently recruiting a full-time permanent Housekeeper to work fixed shifts (early and late) at our club in the heart of Soho. Duties will include but are not limited to:

• 
  Interacting with Customers daily and providing exceptional customer service.
• Keeping all areas and facilities clean and presentable including the gym, reception area, lounges, studios, changing r rooms, restaurants and more.
• Maintaining cleanliness of all fitness equipment.
• Keeping fresh towels and consumables stocked.
• Responding to special housekeeping needs as requested.
• Escalate any issues such as broken equipment, dispensers, burned out lights, etc.
• Work together as part of a larger team across all departments.
• Ad-hoc duties as requested.

Ideal candidate and personal qualities:

• Experience within a similar role - desirable
• Attention to detail, takes pride in their role
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent Customer service skills
• Flexible, hardworking and committed
